Life in 3D

Cole and I went to the Star Wars 3D movie this past weekend. After 5 minutes wearing those funky black glasses, I came to the conclusion that life is much better in 3D. Everything is more colorful and exciting. I looked over at Cole, his eyes wide in awe of the big screen as he scoops popcorn into his mouth. I thought... maybe 6-year-olds already live life in 3D. Their worlds are exciting and new, they see adventure in even the smallest endeavor. The first snowfall to a 6-year-old is like a winning lotto ticket and a backyard basketball game on the trampoline is as exciting as front row at a Laker's game.

So I think I will wear my large "Men in Black"  3D glasses around to see if it helps me to view the world as my son does. At least he is still too young to be embarrassed by what his mom is wearing, so I can get away with it for now.

Here are some photos from the past few days.
