Flowing in Slow Motion

I have had a bit of writer's block lately. Maybe it is the stifling summer heat that slows my thought process down. It reminds me of the dream I occasionally have when I am trying so hard to run but am moving in painfully slow movements. Maybe it is a sign that I need to stop trying to run and just flow in slow motion.

Here are some photos from the today and yesterday that remind me to 'flow in the slow', to just be.

Love & Light,

Stacy

Cole and I were playing cards today when I noticed how much hair he had on his legs. He no longer has that soft baby skin, he is turning more and more boy everyday. It makes me happy and a little sad.

A few of nature's wonders. Robin egg blue may be one of my favorite colors. So vibrant, like the ocean waters of Jamaica.

One of the baby owls above. Notice her fluffy feathers still on her belly. There are two babies. They are out all times of the day which I find strange. I am still trying to get a photo of the three of them side by side. The babies are still nervous. They fly away if you get to close and they look to the mother. The mother owl (below), she is like a rock. She will stare you down and not move an inch.  I am fascinated by these owls. I walk to see them every day.
